Turnaround Time

Spartanburg County will provide an initial response to a requestor within ten (10) business days of receipt of the request. However, if the records sought are more than twenty-four (24) months old, Spartanburg County will provide an initial response to the requestor within twenty (20) business days.  

Release of Documents

You will receive an email when documents are released through the portal. They can be located under the DOCUMENTS tab.
